PDF reports

Hi

I am new to Oracle Reports and somebody asked that can we use Oracle Apps 11.5.9 and user Reports thru Concurrent manager and generate the Invoice in PDF format. We need to email the PDF format invoice to customer and so currently users are sending it to printer and then sending the Fax to the client. I want to automate this process and want to give the suggestion based on expert views
