When you copied the files, did you do so maintaining the file = permissions? Sounds like a permissions problem.....

Hi,

Do your oracle user's environment variables ORACLE_HOME and ORA_NLS33 = still=20
correspond to actual directory locations? (maybe you didn't copy=20 oracle-users .profile over or smth).

Also, check the file permissions.
