I have used ER/Studio along with those you mention. I have found ER/Studio to be an excellent tool and one that I tend to favor for its XML support.

We are using designer. However, Oracle has stopped adding new features. I have used Erwin before. Anyone use any other tools? Pros/Cons? Anything that has a repository like designer?
