ASC 9.0.4 and status of components

On my middle tier server, all the status icons except the management system appear as little dotted circles, as if it can't get status from the components.

When I click on each component's link, it takes me to the admin page for each component, and shows for each component that it is up.

Refreshing the page does nothing.

EM10g on another server tells me this middle tier server is fine, except for web cache hits being zero percent and the agent having opened too many files (1591 is the highest count).

Meanwhile, the CPU Usage and Memory Usage sections both say the underlying data for the graph is not yet available...

I am running on a small test server, perhaps this is due to lack of resources.

Has anyone else run into this? If not I'm logging a TAR but I suspect as10g wants more RAM.
