9iRAC or 10GRAC?

We have been planning on implementing 9i RAC solution for the last few months. Since 10G R2 will probably be available within the next 6months, I think we should put our implementation on hold until R2 is released.

What advantages do 10G RAC has over 9iRAC? For one, I think with the EM Grid Control, it's easier to manage the environment. If you have a document to point me to, I would appreciate that too.
