dont waste any training budget on online classes. they are non-interactive. a book is better. I find even if the material is good, I can't retain any information.

the tuning classes from oracle are weak. don't take them. better off buying books. instead of high performance oracle tuning on sans, what you really want is 'how san works class'. then read oracle books to get better at how oracle works. from there you will be able to figure out what to do.
