So, what's your point? What patch are you applying to which DB version? =  What are you expecting?

After I finish install the patch,=20
run opatch apply, (OPATCH is for Oracle 10g) run all the scripts base on the readme.txt Restart database.

SQL+> select banner from v$version;

BTW This is the patch that I install
