slightly off topic OIP-4119 errors

Once in a blue moon we get IOP-04119 data has been modified errors.

This is with a VB program using Dyna sets

Haven't found anything on Google or Metastink.

Search many archives.

We have had the 4109 error and have fixed that. But can't figure out what this is being caused by.
