how to remove the datafile from data dictionary

Hi oracle-l

I offline drop a datafile from database and the datafile still exist in the data dictionary, and when create new table, oracle still allocate tablespace on this datafile.it will encounter and error. so my question is how can i remove the datafile from data dictionary.
