It's always helpful to know what version of Oracle you are running. I assume this is on XP Pro?

Subject: Listener going down on Windows XP

Hi,
I have created a database on my PC and created listener.ora etc. It was working OK for some time and now the listener goes down 2 minues after it is brought up. In the two minutes it does allow connections. Also Oracle is behaving odd. The CPU utilization goes upto 100 with oracle or tnslistener consuming most of it. I have used Oracle on UNIX but I am new to PC oracle.
I set the tracing on for listener in sqlnet.ora but that does not help me with why it is crashing. Does anyone have similar experience and possible solution or direction? Thanks for your help.
