Flush the shared pool and then perhaps increase your shared pool and large pool?

Always remember to share pertinent environmental facts as well as anything that recently changed, e.g. database version, whether PGA (auto mem mgmt) is used or not, shared or dedicated server, etc. This'll help the real gurus here.

Good afternoon

I got

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 27160 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(1,0)","session param values")

on the produciton database and no new session can connect to database. Any immediate action can take to solve the problem? Any help. Thanks
