Hi,
Try "alter system flush shared_pool", this will clear the pool of any entries Oracle no longer needs.

I got

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 27160 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(1,0)","session param values")

on the produciton database and no new session can connect to database. Any immediate action can take to solve the problem? Any help. Thanks
