IIRC, it also disables System triggers, a manual step (_system_trig_enabled=false) in the last 8.1.7.4 upgrade I did many moons ago.

Anyone out there know what else STARTUP MIGRATE does but set an internal flag for the and possibly do a 10520-like 'soft compile' circuit on identical packages?
It's not like Fae Wray is tied to the railroad tracks with the locomotive bearing down on her or anything, but if you have any savvy you can spread on this question, I'd appreciate it.
