This sound's like the beginnings of a presentation:

"To OCP or not to OCP - That is the question"

Or to borrow from the the GNU world, a SRA (self referencing acronym):

"OCP Defined: OCP Certified Puppet - Who's pulling the Strings?"

Note: This probably wouldn't fly at Open World.
