DGM File Copy errors on AIX

I am trying to use Data Guard Manager (9=2E2=2E0=2E5) to create a logical=20=
standby on an AIX 5=2E2 server and it keeps failing at the file copy task=2E=20=
The primary database is also 9=2E2=2E0=2E5 running on an AIX 5=2E2 server=2E

The job log shows this error:

Bad arg length for Socket::pack_sockaddr_in, length is 0, should be 4 at=20= /usr/opt/perl5/lib/5=2E8=2E0/aix-thread-multi/Socket=2Epm line 373, <FH> line 5=2E

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions to=20= diagnose/solve the problem?
