RE: Prometric Discount code for OCP Certification

Be very careful with this code.

Even though OPP is supposed to be used by only OPP employees, it won't stop you from using it to get registered for the exam. I used it thinking it is like another code like OTN20 to register for the exam. And I was stunned to know on the day before exam day that the registration got cancelled. They didn't send me an email saying it got cancelled. And then after it was a long story... Called prometric, spoke to high-level rep and he told that Oracle cancelled the exam and I sent them a big email suggesting to do the following:

1. Don't allow users to register with a wrong code without verifying because users may take the OPP code as another OTN20 code.
2. Change your system so that an email notification will be sent to the candidate if some intruder(sorry...Oracle..) cancels my scheduled exam..

Hope they have fixed it by now.

OPP is still a valid discount code but not open to use by every one. However OPP partners employess can still use it but they have to use their OPP login id and then avail this discount.

No other discount code is available now.

Anybody knows?
