go to asktom.oracle.com and search on utl_smtp the rest is creating your
package and firing off the email when conditions warrant. Do it all the
time. What I don't do is put the results of the query into the email. But I
don't think you want to send 10000 rows of data in an email anyways. Make
sure your email server allows forwarding.
