Use the silent install *.rsp files and prepare 2-3 batch scripts that activate the installer with them.
My manual for the people who build database server is: Run script a
Run script b, etc.

The current manual say to run 3 scripts to build an Oracle 9205 with patch 68.

You can also prepare DBCA response file and the silent install will also build your database.
