You could copy them after the backup, but I doubt that is what you = meant.
If the 2 servers have exactly the same Oracle version exe available (& = probably want exactly the same OS) then you probably could start the = backup from the catalog server rather than starting it from the target = server.

The backup would then run across the network and probably be slower. Of course, test the restore (which tests the backup) and see what = happens if network link has glitch / other scenarios before implementing = in Production.
