And one more reply......

Isn't this what we pay Oracle support for? At a much higher price and questionable results to be sure. But there are way to many sites like this one that answer questions for free. And I would question the sanity of Oracle providing a site like this. We are pretty free with our comments regarding Oracle software. I doubt very much that Oracle would support (with cash) an open forum like this one - it would soon be crushed with the spin (sales) doctors.

Just my 2cents.

The Oracle community already has this for free: it's here (thanks for your efforts Jared and Steve). And yes, not all Researchers have passed a qualifying test, which exposes you to more or less meaningfull answers of guys like me, Mladen and many other stand up comedians. That's what makes this list so nice, the right blend of a lot of knowledge, a small spoonfull of humour and a knifetip of sarcasm, shaken not stirred ;-) There is a High Quality and Highly Appreciated site with a payed researcher as well. It's not you who will pay to get your questions answered, Oracle does that for you. Resourses are limited, there is just one researcher, who gets overloaded with questions every now and then. You can reach him through asktom.oracle.com

:-)
