Session hogging up CPU in NT

I can i get same output as ps -aef in Windows NT. When i am seeing Task Manager on NT it is showing Oracle.exe taking 70% of CPU i want to drill down which session hogging up the resource. I can achive the same by using prstat command on Solaris or ps aux command in other Unix Flavors how can i get same info on NT BOX
