Do wee still need to worry about the freelist setting when using 9i rel.2 feature called Automatic Segment Management?

hi,

To increase the freelists on an object, you must be 8.1.6+. and to modify the freelist groups (at least 9i), you need to recreate the object.

Some old rules get changed while oracle continue to change. By the way, one of our senior dba said, the freelists needs to be prime " Freelists needs to be a prime number. If you cannot use 23, use 17", I don't know why. Anyone have experience?
