Looks like you need to start using bind variables

Your soft parse % is too low

         Execute to Parse %:    1.34         Latch Hit %:   99.99
Parse CPU to Parse Elapsd %:             % Non-Parse CPU:

execute to parse % ratio is too low.How to fix that one? thanks
