If you google for SCHLUMBERGER oracle you get more hits, the first one is for an Oracle Magazine article from last year. Their site, http://www.sis.slb.com/, didn't turn up anything about SCUT that I could see.
This isn't very helpful, but I just thought I expand a bit on what I found.
