RE: 9i poll on spfile feature

I am currently using SPFILE on my 9.2.0.5 production environment.

As an additional request from the experts: I keep my INIT.ORA files around in case I want to adjust my instance parameters, (I just edit the INIT.ORA and recreate the SPFILE). Is there any easier way to do this??
