Oracle9i New Features and Oracle Database 10g New Features from Oracle Press
might be of help... :-)

Subject: 8i/9i/10g Differences for Developers

I need to provide developers with differences between 8i, 9i, and 10g so they can identify potential upgrade issues in their code and in the databases. I'm looking through the upgrade checklists now and will go through the 9i and 10g New Features manuals as well. I'm a rather lazy DBA and would rather not compile my own lists if someone else has already done it. Does anyone know of any documents out there? Thx.
