The 'DUPLICATE DATABASE' command has a 'SKIP TABLESPACE' clause which you can use to skip any=20 tablespaces except 'SYSTEM' and any tablespace that contains rollback=20 segments or undo segments. I now have to do an emergency restore... I have been reading and reading and trying a few thigns, but so for no progress. Thsi si in regards to the package body that got deleted on accident and exsits no where else. I don't want to do TSPITR because I just need 1 package body. In the old days, I would have restored the system and rbs/undo tbs. recreated the control file and done an open resetlogs and grabbed the package body code. I'm getting frustrated and not quite grasping the equivilant to this in RMAN....any help is appreciated. The prod db is up and available, but with a missing package body. I'm needing to restore to an alternate node, just system, undo and then create temp and perform recover manaually or via rman. I think I'm close, but just getting hung up on syntax due to be so rusty with RMAN. I'm also wanting to use nocatalog so there is no chance of impacting the prod db. Any help is truly appreciated as I have none here. --=3D20 ..
