Last week I went to a Veritas seminar about thier "indepth, insight, inform" products.
They claim to perform this function you are looking for. The products use to be a "Precise Company" product if I remember correctly.

Hi ,

I am looking for a product that will help us identify all source code objects (i.e. VB, ASP etc) that are impacted by a database change=20 (I.e. drop table, modify column etc. )
I have been trying out Sqlipmact from Quest but wonder if you know of other products that perform the same functions.

Yuval.
