There is also the free 'Services For Unix' from Microsoft. It actually takes lots of stuff from OpenBSD. It is 'only' 200MB or so (!) and there is even a package manager for it at http://www.interopsystems.com/tools/warehouse.htm . Reminds me of my beloved BSD home ...
