Oracle 9i Developer Release 1 (9.2.0.3.0) for Linux x86_64

and

Oracle 9i EE ?

They both give the same output to select * v$version

SQL> select * from v$version;

BANNER

Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.4.0 - Production PL/SQL Release 9.2.0.4.0 - Production
CORE 9.2.0.3.0 Production
TNS for Linux: Version 9.2.0.4.0 - Production NLSRTL Version 9.2.0.4.0 - Production

(We had a contractor's company Athlon 64 box with United Linux on which they said they had Oracle 9i Developer Release, and I compared it with my X 86 (32bit) SUSE 8 Linux box on which I had installed Oracle 9i EE.)

Thank you,
