Hi Sinardy,

i really mean 40 patches. nothing to do with OS upgrade in my case. we are on AIX5.2L(5200-02) and the patches does not insist for an OS upgrade.

let me give a part of the list of patches after rapid install:

NLS patch (japanese),CU2 Pre-Req,CU2,Developer 6i Patchset 16, Interoperability patch,OA framework rollup,HR_PF.G, HR global Core Pre-Req, HR global Pre-Req(Japanese), Workflow builder fix,API bug fix,HRMS security updates, autoconfig,adbldxml ..........

... and more.
The japanese patches will be around 10 of 40.

Reading the README of a patch and making the list ... i find it tedious and error prone (atleast for me). and so thought of asking u guys for some alternative solution.
