just plain grep will do, use the '-R' flag

$ grep -R sqlplus /

man grep
GNU: http://unixhelp.ed.ac.uk/CGI/man-cgi?grep or BSD: http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=grep

Also note the --binary-files flag.
