Oh Lord and I was hoping no one would show so I could sneak into Roger Snowdon's presentation :)

One of my (many) mottos at work is "I will always admit when I have made a mistake. By doing do, I gain credibility and when I tell you that this time it's NOT my mistake, you're more likely to believe me"

Fortunately, not ALL the mistakes I'll be talking about are ones I've made. But they've all been made.
