It makes sense that DBAs would be less hurt by the outsourcing trend, as data is the lifeblood of almost any company. Companies overall tend to be less willing to have that managed by someone overseas. That's good for us. Of course, we're still susceptible to economic downturns, but at least we aren't hit by both downturns and outsourcing at the same time.
