Taking into account all of the new features and functionalities and new approaches(LMT, index frag/rebuild debate, etc, etc, etc, what checks do you consider important to still be performed and on what frequency?

I'll consolidate the responses and send back as I think a sort of all encompassing list would aid many and the ones available currently are outdated or incomplete.
