data dictionary view with all oracle errors in it?

I believe there is a view that will have all of the oracle errors listed in it. I am not talking about dba_errors which has all the current errors. Just a lookup of Oracle errors. One of the guys here says there is one, but can't remember which one it is. Anyone know?
