Another option is the Oracle University (OU) Online Library http://www.oracle.com/education/oln/index.html?login_ou_online_home.html While preparing for the Oracle 9i OCP DBA beta upgrade exam, the OU Online Library OCP upgrade courses were very helpful, with a format of explaination, demonstration, and questions.

Reading Oracle's exam objectives is wise. Also, if specific chapters are listed in additional exam preparation, then reading and practicing those topics could help a bit.
