Solaris OS
Assume two instances, PROD & WRK, on the same system. 1) Will SQL*Net between these two DBs work with no cable plugged into the NIC? 2) Will a performance difference exist between tnsnames files; where one has the actual hostname & the other where "127.0.0.0" replaces the hostname?
[i.e. host=systema vs. host=127.0.0.0]
