In the case mentioned, STATSPACK is not leveraged. The PERFSTAT schema, however, is used to contain the tables where OS stats may be loaded. UNIX Ksh Scripts collect and load this information... I believe Craig Shallahammer (OraPub.com) has some scripts/notes on this.

A simple export/import or CTAS over Dblinks of Statspack data to a central repository may well do this job.
