It's not only a matter of whether we have *ever* experienced something. I'm often too far away in time from problems I've worked through in the past to be able to tackle them again without taking time out for a bit of research. I might see a question and think: "yeah, I could probably figure that out if I had a couple hours to spare," but I don't that couple hours, so I have to move on.

Lately, it's been all I can do to keep my head above water, but that's not for this post...
