Er, Pete's point, I think, is that 9.1.0.1 was NEVER released, so, you don't have 9.1.0.1. You *may* have 9.0.1.x, but you don't have 9.1.0.1, cause Oracle never release such a release.

To answer your question:
Use the lower version export to generate the dump.

9.1 anything never existed as a version. It went from 9.0.1.something to
9.2.0.something. Where did you manage to get the 9.1 code? ;)
