Same with me as regards the OCP and the college degree, exactly.
As with the other, strictly voluntary - I appreciate your response. I can just picture your accountant at tax time - "OK, Rachel, can you at least give me a RANGE that your salary is in? No? How about, I'll guess and you tell me if I'm getting warmer." :-)

Sorry, I'm not even sure I'm comfortable with my accountant knowing what my salary is.
And salary ranges vary wildly even within very close geographic regions -- as an example, I work in NYC. Long Island, which is less than 30 miles from NYC has significantly lower salary ranges for people with the same level of experience.
OCP happened to be irrelevant for the job I'm in now. College degree was critical (just that I had one, not what the degree was in)
