The problem with this great idea is that SearchOracle is not an independent body. Don and Rich provide lots of webinars for them. The IOUG will not get in the middle of this debate (know that for a fact), so it would have to be another, truly independent, body to take responsibility for this.  

I like the idea, but it would be a waste of valuable time at OOW.
