In Outlook you can set the rule to move mail based on the sending address into a sub-directory so no subject line identified is needed.

What does everyone think abouyt this list having a subject identifier. I can setup rules in outlook and such, but in terms of using an online emailo client I can't tell oracle-l emails from personal ones. Most of the lists I am on can be noted by the subject identifier. ie. [oracle-l] in the subject...
