It may be problem with your import of 8.0.5 stuff. Open an itar as you have no other option. You might have to run catalog and catproc scripts again on your 9.2.0.5 database.

Last week I encountered same type of issue. There was an import from 8.1.6(NT database) to 9.2.0.4 (Windows 2000) database resulting a lot of INVALID SYS OBJECTS. While compiling those using utlirp (when utlrp did not resolved invalids) I struck with ORA-600 (17069). Spent whole long weekend and finally ran catlog/catproc and resolved those issues.

Paula - I concur with Martha. No problems on 9.2.0.5. Actually, if you file a TAR, you'll be forwarded to a ORA-0600 lookup. Or you can click the following link.

Sometimes it finds something useful.

Hi,
I have three databases in Oracle 9.2.0.5 and solaris 2.8 and I didnīt have these problems.
They are all internal errors; perhaps you have some problems with your system parameters. Have you already verified them? regards,

Martha

Guys,

Having a lot of problems with some basic functions over a 9.2.0.5 database on Solaris 2.9:

-Moving a table from tablespace A to tablespace B resulted in ORA-07445 and
database crash
-Importing from an export generated from Oracle 8.0.3 - resulted in ORA-600
errors and database crash
-Recompiling uncompiled objects resulted in core dump, database shutdown and
ORA-07445 Is anyone else running on this version of Oracle on Solaris and having problems? I dread opening the TAR as it is usually such a overly-complicated, time-consuming process.
