But to our newbie, since your migrating from SQL*Server to Oracle you = already know a great deal. SQL may not be SQL in each database, but a = lot of the basics are the same. Take a look in your docs for the = SQL*Plus manual. What you'll find most interesting are the commands = listed in the back. You can also get a paperback "quick reference" = guide from your favorite bookstore for SQL*Plus.
