This is truly surprising. Based on my experience, I am convinced that the anal-ysts are evaluated on the percentage of time the TAR is in "waiting on customer" mode. So they usually respond quickly with something totally irrelevant for you to go off and do, so they can make the TAR go into "waiting on customer" mode. Then when you supply the results of your first time waster, they immediately have another wild goose chase for you ... then another ... then another. I'm pretty sure that the qualification test to become an anal-yst is:

Wipe your ass.

Those anal-ysts who blow their nose, get the job.
