Hi to all...

I'd like to know if any of you have docs for naming objects, pros and cons...

Some guys are saying that Oracle recommend the use of objects with less than 30 chars (24 to be accurates) because of performance reasons.

That objects names should be in singular, and not much longers.

Any points or docs?
