w2k server?
why not skip that entirely and go straight to w2k3? (I'm not trying to sound like flamebait, Mladen, Jesse - I'm assuming that he *has* to run a MS win OS). Large memory support is included in w2k3 Std ed, and its largely locked down as opposed to w2k server.

We've had clients running 9.2 on w2k3 since last septemer in production (early adopters).
