This is good stuff.
Has anyone made use of this yet?

My reason for asking is that the documented 'ora_sql_text' attribute does not seem to work in 9.2.0.4.

Nothing on MetaLink about it.

"Event attribute functions" - search the docs for something like
"ora_sysevent", it'll take you to the rest. Others have posted more
detail
though. I didn't even know they existed until a few days ago. Kinda like SYS_CONTEXT on steroids..
